Group Annual Summit: New Architecture, ESG and Digital Transformation in a Complex World

On March 21, during the NextCom Group Annual Summit, a dynamic platform for dialogue was established around Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and the evolving challenges of the modern business landscape.

Moderated by Renos Charalambidis and enriched by the contributions of Dr. Gaelle Gibon, Pantelis Lampros, Anastasios N. Kitsaras, as well as senior executives of the Group, the discussion brought forward meaningful perspectives and hands‑on insights, highlighting critical issues shaping the present and future of organizations. Emphasis was placed on the role of artificial intelligence as an accelerator of transformation, alongside the need for its strategic integration into sustainable business models.

A prominent part of the program was dedicated to awards and recognitions, honoring individuals distinguished for their contribution and professional journey, reaffirming the importance of excellence and continuous development in today’s business environment.

The closing remarks by the company’s CEO, Anastasios–Marios Kitsaras, set a focused and inspirational tone, underlining leadership not merely as direction, but as a catalyst for engagement, collaboration and meaningful action.

The Chairman of the Group, Anastasios–Marios Kitsaras, stated:

“Leadership is not power. It is the creation of conditions.”

As part of the annual corporate event, NEXTCOM approached the themes of leadership and Group Engagement through experiential leadership exercises entitled “The Chaos – Order Challenge,” “The Circle of Reason,” and “The Mirror.” These activities highlighted that modern leadership requires courage, the courage to listen, to understand, and to manage diversity and complexity.

Through this process, the principle articulated by Dee Hock was reaffirmed: leadership emerges naturally when purpose is clear and does not need to be imposed. At the same time, Margaret Wheatley’s perspective was echoed, emphasizing that community and collective cohesion are built through generosity and relationships, rather than exclusively through strategic structures.

The NextCom Group Annual Summit reaffirmed the company’s commitment to actively contributing to the dialogue on the future of business, strengthening the connection between innovation, strategic thinking and tangible business value.
